What forms of payment can I use?
We have integrated Stripe checkout which allows customers to checkout using major credit/debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

How do I redeem a my tickets?
Once your order has been completed you will receive an email order confirmation that will serve as your "voucher". All you need to do is print the email and present the voucher to the business. Please review the fine print on the voucher as merchants can include specific instructions for redeeming a voucher at their locations.

Do I need a ticketshare influence profile to purchase tickets through the site?
No, We have a guest checkout option. However, once you?ve purchased tickets you may want to invite more friends to go the the event with you! In this case, we suggest you create a free influencer profile and get paid for your referrals!

what is your refund policy?
As an industry standard, there are no refunds on ticket purchases. **
Are there any fees to use cofare?
There are no upfront fees, contracts, or minimums. Zero risk! **
For Event Organizers: Cofare is a free virtual box office if event organizers choose to pass on service fees to customers at checkout.
For Influencers: Cofare retains a 5% of commission of your earnings as a payroll service fee.

How do I join as a CoFarer?
To become a CoFarer on CoFARE, please fill out the form to request an invitation email to join the site. The email will provide you with the information to set up your CoFarer account.
Who sets the commission?
Merchants will individually set the Commission for each of the products they make available on CoFARE.

When does the offer go live on the site?
A product will be available on the site for sale a couple of hours to 2-3 days after the product has been submitted.
What are your image guidelines?
When you submit your product image to CoFARE you represent and warrant that these images and/or text have been created by you or your employee or, if you didn't create the images and/or text, that you have the rights necessary to permit CoFARE to display the images and/or text on its website. Do not under any circumstances provide CoFARE any image or text that you found on the internet or that you don't have legal rights to use.
